Who built this
Built in general practice, for general practice.
When I started in general practice, I spent a lot of time unpicking the repeat prescribing and LTC workflow. Trying to understand why processes break, why good design doesn't stick, and why work that should sit with admin keeps drifting back to clinicians.
Every team had the same problem. Too much knowledge stuck in the wrong places. Capable people, let down by systems that weren't built for them.
What began with recalls and repeat prescribing revealed a wider problem: too much of how a practice works depends on knowledge that is difficult to share, maintain and use.
So I built SyncRx. A way for practices to capture how they work, agree and own it, and make it usable every day, so teams spend less time asking around and more time doing the work well.

Purpose
What SyncRx is here to do
Support the person behind the role, so they can better support the patient behind the appointment.
Every practice runs on knowledge: how things are done here, who does what, and what to do when something doesn't fit. SyncRx gives that knowledge a home. It's captured, approved, owned and kept current, so the whole team can use it, not only the few people who carry it. Our ambition is to help every practice unlock the full potential of its people through better systems.
Integrity
We commit to being accurate, transparent and rigorous, in our content and in how we work.
Compassion
Staff thrive when they feel genuinely supported and trusted to grow.
Growth
Every person who uses SyncRx should feel more capable than before.
